Initial Literacy Intervention Assessment

Fee: $140 per session (50-min session)

Our comprehensive assessment is aligned with the Australian Dyslexia Association and uses a multisensory structured literacy approach. It includes:

  • Phonological Awareness Assessment

  • Phoneme/Grapheme Knowledge Assessment

  • Decoding and Encoding Skills

  • Listening Comprehension

  • Reading Comprehension with Reading Age

  • Listening Assessment (Cube 3)

  • Writing Assessment

This assessment typically takes 2–3 sessions and allows us to identify your child’s current learning profile and preferred learning styles. The results form the foundation for a personalised intervention plan.

Report Writing

Fee: $160 per hour
Report writing includes scoring, analysis, detailed recommendations, and preparation of a comprehensive report.


Most reports take approximately 1.5–2 hours to complete.

Feedback Session (Optional)

50-minute session to review the results and recommendations: $140

Numeracy Intervention Assessment

Fee: $140 (50-min sessions)

This assessment is conducted in alignment with the Australian Curriculum, examining key strands such as:

  • Number and Algebra

  • Measurement and Geometry

  • Statistics and Probability

The assessment typically takes 1–2 sessions and helps us identify your child’s current learning profile and preferred learning styles. From here, an individualised program is created to address gaps and build confidence in numeracy skills.

Ongoing Literacy & Numeracy Intervention Sessions

Fee: $140 (50-min sessions)

These sessions deliver the individualised program created from the initial assessment. Each session uses a structured, multisensory approach tailored to your child’s goals, learning profile, and interests.

Our focus is on closing gaps, building confidence, and fostering a positive attitude toward learning, ensuring your child feels supported and motivated throughout the process.

Due to the administrative requirements of the NDIS, and the costs and time associated with documentation, auditing and maintaining service provider status under the NDIS, these fees are set at a higher rate. These fees will always be discussed with you as part of your service agreements.

Fee: $140 per hour

Charged based on the time required to complete:

  • Forms and referrals

  • Questionnaires

  • Recommendations for personalised support plans

This ensures thorough documentation and tailored recommendations to support your child’s individual needs.

Email / Phone Correspondence – Billing Guidelines

Fee: $140 per hour (charged in 10-minute increments)

Charged for:

  • Emails to schools

  • Parent updates that include lesson summaries or progress details

  • Late fee follow-up when invoices are not paid within one week

Not Charged for:

  • Acknowledgement of received documents

  • General correspondence regarding missed lessons, arranging make-up lessons, or accounts

Letters or Reports

Fee: $160 per hour
Time-based billing for detailed documentation, including:

  • Letters of support

  • Recommendations

  • Comprehensive reports

This covers the time required for writing, reviewing, and ensuring accuracy in documentation.

Travel Fee

Fee: $140 per hour (charged in 10-minute increments)

Covers travel to meetings or off-site sessions to ensure continuity of support in the most convenient location for you.

Stakeholder Meetings

Fee: $140 per hour

Includes meetings with professionals involved in the individual’s care (e.g., Learning Support Meetings).
A 30-minute preparation fee applies at the standard hourly rate, in addition to the meeting time.
